After releasing their first full-length on 1981 Records, Erie's xRepresentx joined the Seventh Dagger family and brought an intensity and commitment that the label has always required of its bands. Unabashedly straight edge and carrying the torch passed on from past Erie bands like Brothers Keeper and xDisciplex, xRepresentx has demonstrated their willingness to work hard by touring non-stop while promoting the tenets of straight edge through their fast, heavy anthems. While many straight edge bands tend to offer a watered-down version of themselves the longer they stay together, fortunately xRepresentx is living proof that some bands only become more resolute in their convictions the longer they stay together.
